This is the worst screen door I have ever purchased. I have a screen which rolls up and becomes an all glass door. The first door's screen split along the bottom and when I called for a replacement, the company told me that I would get a replacement screen but I had to install it myself and it was was really easy. I sent a mattress for sewing of small tear on the top joining corner last year (May 2010) when the mattress came back, the bottom sheet was different and the mattress had lumps in it. (The bed was bought in August 2008) It was re-fetched by the factory for fixing. I was fully prepared to give Weedman a shot and bought their Spring lawn care package (fertilization, weed control and lawn analysis) through a wagjag promotion for $139 (60-70% discount). We purchased a Rohl faucet with a lifetime warrenty with a cost well over $700. It has been a piece of junk with constant problems. The water flow is often blocked during operations with loud squeels low to no flow. Each time we go back to the company that sold it to us and their sales staff reports that this manufacture recieves constant product complaints, when requests are made to Rohl to replace their defective products they turn you away or offer you parts to replace the poorly designed products . My Kenmore Trio refrigerator was purchased either 2005 or 2006, about 2 months after purchasing, the ice make quit, no biggie as long as the rest works. Yesterday 5-15-11, the refrigerator quit cooling and the freezer is steady at 3 degrees although it was always set to 0. This is the last Kenmore I buy. I purchased a replacement washing machine about 8 years ago, after 3 years it crapped out, so I purchased a Bosch. Olshan came out, dug our foundation twice. This was based on a warranty/guarantee that was represented in our home purchase agreement. Overall it's been a very bad experience with US Appliance. They delivered a damaged dishwasher and I was told I wouldn't be compensated in any form for having to take another day off of work to be home when the replacement was delivered. But when I called them back to let them know the fridge was too big to fit they told me I'd have to pay a 10% restocking fee, plus shipping to and from the warehouse. This company finished renovating my kitchen cabinets. Once job was completed, the hinges on several cabinet doors started to come apart. I called to have them come back and the runaround I received was ridiculous. They kept advising me that in days someone will return, no call, no show. New Carrier AC Rooftop heating and cooling unit installed on our house in 2008. End of 2010 cooling season unit stopped working, found 3 pounds, (out of 9 pounds total), low on refrigerant. Leak is located in the Evaporator Coil. This is a "packeged" unit and comes from the factory tested and ready to run. The HVAC Service-Technician states that it is a slow leak, and will last thru this cooling season. It ran for 3 summers with no problems. Carrier Corp will replace the evaporator coil free, it is still in warranty, but the labor is $750. I believe Carrier Corp should pay for the labor. read full review »

Johnny Coleman builders in Southaven MS is the worst builder Ive ever came across. He never graded my backyard properly and now every time it rains i have a pond in my yard for a week. He put sand down to try to help the low spots but all it did was kill our lawn and pool up even more than before. I was on the phone with Neil Sanders and I think I heard him mumble something under his breath which shouldn't be repeated. He called me up out of the blue the other day to see if I was interested in selling another timeshare I owned. He was the rep I had at Alliance Title Service back in 09 and although it took a while to get paid, I had to listen to his rants and analogies that don't make much sense for weeks when I waited for my money. Plumbers did some initial work and never showed up to finish the job. They left us waiting for more than a week not returning phone calls and making all kind of possible and imaginable excuse not to show up. Their work was also not clean with many debries left behind.
