they charge me a 2000 us dollar deposit over 8 month ago for a specail order sofa ( 4-8 delevry time )
after 4 month still receive nothing i told them i want to be money back ( they refuse )
it s now 10 month i send them email to order something elses
laflat ( alexender or alice are all liars) they keep saying it will ship next week
and now they don t even answer the phone or email ( that they don t reply

baer's furniture is the worst business i have ever dealt with. i purchased $ 10, 000 worth of furniture and on delivery arrived with at least 7 different areas of damage. i was told they would not take it back and to call customer relations to set up an appointment with their tech to repair the damages. he was very talented, probably from all the work he is getting. one issue was not resolved. the couches had extreme wrinkling and after 2 seperate visit was not any better. i spoke to the store manager who promised to resolve the issue... read full review »

This store has got to be the worst store i have ever bought furniture from. I had waited a month to get my sons twin bed sets. When they finally arrived box was open parts missing. Im still waiting for one set and the missing pieces. Buyer beware they get your money and really dont care when and if you get your furniture. read full review »

- The contractor / Amodio Russo agreed to deliver the complete work in 2 weeks ( make and install an iron gate for our side yard), It actually took more than 5 weeks to deliver. Meanwhile I have to keep calling him and remind him to finish the work.
- Finally he installed the gate and had his college student son to do the finish painting...The paint on the iron gate only lasted for about a month and started to get rusted spots everywhere. I contacted Mr. Russo for more than 6 times to fix this problem since Sept 2010 and he never show up to take care the problem. read full review »

I bought a GE Water Heater from Home Depot, and through Home Depot I had it professionally installed. Final cost was about $1775. About 2 years later, no hot water. I called PG&E they came out to re-ignite the pilot light, told me it would not stay on, so I need to call the manufacturer. I called GE/Home Depot, they wanted to help me troubleshoot by asking what was wrong. I told them. After 11 days of nothing, the only person that seemed to field my questions (Jason) said he'd called the manufacturer and they had NONE. He said he CANCELLED my order! Unitech Builders was paid full amount 5 years ago for a 3 bedroom apartment in Norizon Project in Greater NOIDA. Its 5 years now and I have not been given the possession. On the other hand I have been paying EMI to the Bank for 5 years now. I have been communicating with the Bank about the delay and for them to ensure this is not another scam, my Bank says they will get back but never do. If there is any delay in payment of EMI they send reminders and even slap the fine.

My husband and I bought new furniture from Bill Cox in January. One week after getting it home the couch cushions started to sink. After mulitple phone calls (with them yanking us back and forth) complaining about the furniture nothing has been done 2 months later! They refuse to replace the couch or give us a refund. Instead they want to redo the entire couch! The "manager" was beyond rude and they don't seem to care about getting repeat customers or keeping their current customers happy! Do not use Sears for your appliance Repairs. They charge you $70 trip fee to come out and they do absoulutely nothing but take your money and tell you you have to purchase a new appliance. Save you money and effort and go to another store and just purchase the appliance. read full review »

San Antonio Carpet & Tile Cleaning did a fantastic job! No complaints at all. The carpet looks better than it did when we moved in. Crew was polite and well dressed. Pet stains and odors are completely gone. There was a vomit stain in the living room that Blackmon Mooring couldn't get out, but charged us extra for last year-San Antonio Carpet & Tile Cleaning got it out for FREE. Recommended to my mother. They are doing her house on Friday.

When you walk in to Rec Warehouse, they are tap dancing and spinning plates to get you to buy a spa; however, once you purchase it, their part in the purchase is OVER. Even if you buy an extended warranty, they are DONE with you. I purchased a relatively expensive spa (one that holds up to 8 people), bought an extended warranty and maintained stellar maintenance on this hot tub. Had tried to review shipping and duty costs but instead of allowing me to review it confirmed my order. Within 4 minutes I had emailed requesting they cancel the order but 50 minutes later they sent me an email stating order has been processed and they do not accept cancellations. I was told the only thing I could do was not accept the order, the items would be credited however I would be stuck with the full amount of shipping. I needed a new water heater and of course I needed it immediately. I used Home Depot installation services and they sent Olshan's Plumbing. They did a good job. However, they were more than very expensive. The price just kept going up and up. $11.25 per foot for pvc pipe (I needed 20 feet for the overflow), $125.00 just to go under the house. My $600 water heater wound up costing me $2000.00. Do not use these people. Their mark up on parts is incredible!!! Did I mention not to use these people? It took 3 months for them to get the Bed and dresser I ordered in. I complained weekly and was given 5 dates. They never called me I had to call their Peoria store and be transferred to the Champaighn customer service!!! My new martress and box I purchased from them sat on the floor 3 months. I f they can not provide the product they sell the should shut their doors. Their service was worse than poor it was no service. These people are crooks. I paid 800 dollars on an account I had with them, and when I asked them if they had any record of the payments that I had been paying for a good 6 months, they up and said they had no record of any payments. I summed up the receipts to a total of 800 dollars in payments that they up and just lost.
Then they attempt to file an (illegal) wage garnishment against me, without acquiring a judgement, and I could have sued the shit out of them. They are lucky I didn't because they embarassed me at my work... read full review »

Bought furniture at Furnish 123 off of Culebra/1604 in mid February and was told furniture would not be available for delivery until mid March. When the warehouse contacted us to schedule delivery they set up a time frame between 1pm and 3pm. They finally arrived to deliver the furniture an hour and half late at 4:30 pm.
