Mor fails in every way. I purchased a desk that was missing pieces and could not be fully assembled. After calling them for three months, they finally sent out a technician who told me, "We can't help you". Customer service does not help at all. In this apartment complex, they have had 2 big fires in a 6 to 8 month period. The first fire destroyed an entire bldg., and the only thing that was left was the slab and one wall. The second fire destroyed 7 apartments in that bldg., but the only thing that they have done is put a fence that is not locked around the bldg. I am very dissatified with my dealings with J K Behan Roofing in Melbourne, Fl. They seemed OK but the bottom line is that I find them not to be the type of company I would ever recommend to anyone. They do business out of a side street operation off EauGallie where service is far from what is expected. I find them to be unethical, underhanded and ultimately a company that I do not recommend. An Amish contractor, all work was done by a non-English speaking crew from Central America. The roof is on crooked: There is a two inch overhang over the entry door, while 44 feet away the shingles are flush with the gutter's drip edge. From that end of the house the gutters jut Pagoda like on either side of the garage, while from the front of the house it looks like a rolled eave from the 1930's.
