We paid this company $6, 554.00 to re- do our roof. The check cleared in May 2010. When they broke several promises as to when the work would be completed, I got angry and demanded our money back. It is now December 2010 and no work has been started or completed and no money has been refunded. Since then there has been emails, certified letters, and conciliation court. They did not bother to show up for court, but also did not appeal the decision. We now have a docketed judgement against their company, and we filed a complaint with the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry. Results are pending. We hate this company. Bought leather furniture in 2006 and was told that the Protection Plan covered all tears and spills on leather. I live in an upscale apt complex that has to deal with NWP for my water bill. I live alone. I travel 50% of the month.When I am home, I work 10-12 hour days away from home. I have a 1100 sq.ft. with 2bed/2 bath. I am charged the same amount as a family with 2-3 children or people that have 1-2 roommates. Water is plentiful in Nashville, in fact we have water all around and facilites to process it. It is insane that I should have a $50 water/sewer /trash bill given the situation. Charged me $4100 to replace main sewer line and drain line to kitchen sink under my house. Then charged me another $3000 to add another 10ft of main sewer line from under my house to the front of my home with a clean out access and an access cover. This was done by drilling into the foundation to remove the old pipe and digging under my front porch (6ft) to reach the foundation from the other side. We bought a house built by Sellcrest Homes in June 2006. This builder built many of the homes in our subdivision. Others who have had problems, have not given him nearly as many chances as we have. I have a product protection agreement on a kenmore refrigerator freezer. It malfunction on around December 23, 2010. I called for service on 12-24-10. I was told that service could not be provided until 12-29-10, between the hours of 8am-12pm. On 12-28-10 I received a confirmation for my appointment. On 12-29-10 after 10am I received a call saying that the repairman was unable to to provided me with service. I bought a Whirlpool Gold Cooktop model GLS3665RS01 in March 2010. In October it developed a problem with all five igniters continuously sparkling.
