In 2006 I ordered 21 windows from Chear Choice OKC. They installed them and immediately we started having problems. The windows leaked water during heavy rains. Their solution was to place small plastic blocks under the screen to allow the water to drain. The windows were not properly installed and air, wind, rain and snow came into my house from the gaps between the frame and the window. after the stove model # WFE361LVQ0 was delivered, i saw how cheap it was built. i paid $499 for the stove on 10/03/2010, and on 11/25/2010 a turkey fell on the stove and broke the glass top. their service said broken glass is not under warrenty, and told me it would cost $512.28 to fix! that is more than i paid for the stove. i want to warn people, the stove; quality wise, is only worth $100 in my opinion. and when the cheap glass top breaks, it will end up costing you over $1000.00, after purchase and repair. read full review »

I am simply disappointed. My washing machine has been yelling out F1, F1, F1 every five minutes. When I went online to find out what I could do to make it stop, I found pages and pages of customers complaining about the same problem. After the May 2nd flood, I contacted Hermitage Heating and Air to look at our HVAC unit that was surrounded by water. Called Thermador service, now operated by Bosch, on a Monday before Thanksgiving. Technician came on Tuesday morning, as promised. I contracted with United Roofing in September of 2009 to replace my tile roof in Palm Beach Gardens. At that time they had an A rating with the BBB. I purchased the S2DBL that allegedly will save money with a dual flush system. The unit worked for about 60 days and then failed, that is it allows the toilet to "run" continously. Three years ago K Designers installed Aluminum Siding on our home witha "Lifetime Garantee"? After two years the siding started falling off. I Brought a new house 10 years ago and Building Products Of Canada Corp supplied the shingles with a 20 yrear warranty. Well 10 of my warranty have gone and if you go down my street every house has bad shingles some worse than others. Two months ago I bought a twin extra long pillow top mattress from Jerome's furniture on Morena Blvd. in San Diego.
