Last year we purchased a house built by Beaverbrook Homes at 9th Line & 16th Avenue in Markham, ON. The contractor who was hired to finish our basement discovered significant water seepage that was hidden behind the insulation. I have Levelor cellular blinds in my home office. After a couple of years, they started not raising and staying horizontal. One side was lower than the other. I saw that one of the cords had slack, while the others didn't. This is day two without gas service due to a poorly made payment company mistake and the Center Pointe's bullying and making fun of our situation. Excessive charge for a small repair. Lon Smith roofing replaced my roof in 2003 and gave me a 10 year limited warranty.
