While making a purchase on Thursday 13 Jan 2010 at 6:30p I noted that the employee cooking and preparing the french fries did not have on gloves. So I asked the Manager (who was taking my order) - shouldn't he be wearing gloves. He said no - it was not required. I told him I thought it was a NY-State requirement and he responded, no - it is not required. I then saw the same employee grab a broom and begin sweeping the floor while he waited for the fries to finish cooking - and then later return to the fries. I cancelled my Health Plan Protector policy with Discover Life in Dec 09. The last payment should have been in Dec 09. Since then 3 payments have gone off as debit orders from my account. I visited Med24 Montana on 7 November 2009 after I fractured my wrist. The medical aid did not pay the account as the ICD10 code Med24 submitted indicated my wrist was sprained, and not fractured. I went to Sonics the other day and ordered a chicken salad. When they came outside to give me my order, they delivered chicken nuggets instead of my chicken salad. I found what looked like an authentic repair facitlity for sunglasses. In November, 2010 I sent a pair of authentic D&G sunglasses to have the stem re-attached to the frame.
