I received a sample kit of their product Jan 12th. I do not agree to their terms and want to return the unused product. To do this I need an R M A number. I have spent 40 minutes waiting to speak to a service representative who asked for my zip code. When I said I was in Canada and started to give it to her she hung up on me.Asecond long distance call from me was useless as the long waiting period was about to start again and I do not have the time to waste on this matter which I want to resolve.Thank you for any help you can offer. This co. billed me 2 times. They shipped 2 pkgs. to me without me even ordering it. I have 8 v.m.'s on the 1-888 # but no one is returing my call nor has this charge of $79, $79 been credited back to my c.c.. I did get a hold of someone live well over 2 mos. ago and they told me that their comp. had a glitch and that is why the shipments went out, said to RTS and I did, but dummy me, I forgot to get a RMA #. I ordered Dan Post Dingo boots from this scam of a company. Like the other complaints, they took the money from my credit card the next day, --never did receive the boots. I was emailed an offer for a book and DVD by Jillian Michaels. I ordered them, it was a good deal. It included a free four week membership to her online weight loss program. If you do not cancel this online program before the four weeks is up, they will charge your paypal or credit card $52.00. And even though I canceled the very day I was charged, they will keep one weeks worth of money. I can't believe that at my age of 87 I was so confident I could order this trial of 14 days for teeth whitening and not get into trouble. Well, I had a stroke and ended up in the hospital, way past the 14 day cutoff and by the time I returned home, had $124. of unwanted and unopened product charged to me. It was an online purchase. I was charged for $77.24 through PayPal in Nov 12, 2009. They didn't send me anything for over a month, and the order was CANCELLED in Dec 5, 2009, (confirmed by email), never got my money back. No one answers any phone call. Tried to order Zumba Fitness by phone. After they take your information for the order the automated system tells you about some vitimans that are $24.95 and $4.95 for shipping and the machine says say yes or press 1 to order... I'm not sure if the original website said that this was a reoccuring charge or not, but like others not sure if I ever rec'd my free trial. I never saw anything that said if you no longer wanted the product that you had to call for a return slip to send a package back. The box says return gaurenteed. I cx which they did not do and I returned 3 seperate packages and rec'd no credits and was told I would not rec. any because I didn't ask for the slip to be mailed to me first. I ordered the products just to try and went to cancel well within my trial period only to discover they had already charged me. . NO contact information was sent with the product and I never received an email with ANY contact information. I had to track down contact on my own (thanks Vmad). Then when I contacted, they willingly took back the unopened product and charged me a 15% restocking fee...What a joke.
