My 13 year old son (who regularly buys product from the local Burbank Zumiez) purchased two t-shirts for me (dad) as a Christmas present. Unfortunately, he purchased the wrong size (too small). I requested a free trial of Acai Berry Maimum. I was not aware that I had to return the free trial bottle in 15 days or my debit card would be charged. When I noticed the charge on my account and contacted the company. They refused to refund my money and they already had billed my account for a second bottle that had not even arrived. The Metlife dental plans are advertised as being concerned with the dental health of employees. This is not the case. The consulting dentists are paid handsomely to prevent payment for anything more than a vet would do for a horse. They will not pay for crowns or bridges, opting for dentures as soon as they can so the health responsibility of the employees teeth will be off their back. These unprofessional crooks sent us a product on a 14 day trial which was immediately returned to an address in Bedford at MK41 0QB. The same a few weeks later. Only sent 2 products, Acaiburn and another Cleansing product. Since last Auigust there have been unsolicited debits totalling £120.55 which thay refuse to refund saying that the terms and conditions (which we never saw) stated that the purchase of the 14 day free trial product entailed signing up to other things. Tourneau told me a watch I gave them would cost $1500 to repair. When I asked them to return the watch they called me back and said they'd do the same repair for $750. I declined again. The watch, an Omega Constellation was old and probably worthless and I was repairing it mostly for sentimental reasons.
