These guys took my citizen watch and I had them repair the band and replace the crystal. The band is still in great shape but the calculator ring around the crystal was falling off when I got the watch back, so I sent it back again, this time, the calculator ring was not aligned correctly but instead of paying to ship my watch to New York and back a 3rd time, I decided to live without the full operation of my watch but today the crystal fell out. I have experienced a great deal of difficulty reaching this company by phone or e-mail in the past but I am trying again so they might rectify this poor watch repair. I recently bought a halloween costume from Costumes, Inc. It was too big and I returned it for a smaller size, got the ticket number they requested I have for returns, and sent it UPS (at my expense) as instructed on their website. I have tried to contact them on numerous occasios regarding the item and the message you get is that a message saying that I already have a ticket number open. No phone number for this company, no one answers your emails, NOTHING. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They need to be put out of business for bad buisiness practices! read full review »

I just moved to miami lakes, the husband recommended OH LA LA salon where i had the worst manicure and pedicure ever in my life. It was so unprofessional, a kid would have done a better job.
the cuticles were not touched, the nails were filed in a zigzag way, the nail polish was all over my fingers, and best of all the french white lines were from all sizes not to mention some broken tips.
this place is surely not affected by the economy regarding the prices.
i left fuming and had to spend two hours to redo the whole work again. read full review »

They promise you anything that you want (to hear) and then fail to provide.
Their advertising says that you get a free personal trainer, but that is not true.
They charge.
The managers tell you to talk to the head person, but he won't respond.
So you are stuck because the managers say "go to him" but he is not available.
Do yourself a favor and go to one of the established gyms.
This place is nothing special.
The receptionists chuckle at you when you try to get help.

i paid shippingfor a sample of dazzlewhite and had a phone call from some woman asking me to approve a three month supply. i told her NO and do not use my bank account to charge for a three month supply. if i decide i want any more i will call or order myself. i check my account the next week and there is a charge for 87.00 for this product. i tried to call the number on my bank account and the recording said it has been disconected and no longer in service. i have notified my bank of this charge and am hoping to stop them from getting this money!!! read full review »

They PROMISED me at least 25 hrs/week and to be able to work with my college schedule. One week later, they decided to tell me that they need time to firgure out a plan around my college. Rung the bank o stop the payment which they cant until it has been processed and then I can go through the bank to get the money back. Seed found in raisin bran cereal damaged tooth (molar) causing it to be pulled. Company now declines initial agreement of responsibility of defective product and now refuses to pay for damages.
You trust that their product is safe enough to eat and only after you ask them to pay for damages they accepted responsibility for, they decline and withdraw their acknowledgement that their product was not safe.
Now you take a look a the pictures of the seed found in the cereal and tell me that it wont cause serious damage to a tooth if you bite down on it thinking that what you are eating is safe. read full review »

I researched this product to make sure it contained the ingredients that it should for weight loss. The offer was just $5.95 for postage. When the charge came on my account it was $24.95, when I called they told me that was for the website access. What website? This is the biggest SCAM I have ever experienced. Dazzle Smile (aka) and Clean Whites (aka) are in the same fraudulent racket of stealing money from those of us who gave out a credit card number to pay for the postage for a tiny “free” tube of whitening toothpaste.

I too got involved with the google work at home, charged $1.97 for some kit I was supposed to receive. All I got was a CD. Then I had 2 deductions of $20.41 from my bank account. Apparently GOOGLE uses your information and sets you up with theses 2 accounts. I have no address or phone number to cancel. I have called my bank and they will file a complaint and issue a new debit card. I thought GOOGLE was a company that could be trusted. I have been laidoff since March of 2009, and was given a severance package which includes health care from Ceridian Cobra Services, All started off with issues and problems got that fixed and now as of Oct 27th 09 they have cancelled our coverage for a simple situation of how the government handles the mail and how they recieve it.
