I ordered a pair of sneakers size US5.5 (Eur6). I received a pair of sneakers that are not the correct size. The sneaks fall off my feet. They are at least one and a half sizes too big. I contaced the company as soon as I received them. NO REPLY. I contacted them again the next day, still NO REPLY!! It seems that I have no recourse in this matter since they will not discuss their mistake with me. I am out $86.99, which is not the way we do business in the United States.
If anyone else has had problems with this company and you were able to resolve them, please post so I can follow the steps you took.

Teri Pugh was arrested for marijuana possesion in June 2007. She is required by florida law to report drug violations to the Florida licensure department of health, but did not do so in this case. She also did not report the violation to her employer, Sacred Heart Hospital. Ms. Pugh is a registered nurse and is a danger to the patients that she comes in contact with. I ordered the 14 day trial bottle. They said I had 15 days from the time I placed the order to cancel or be charged the full price. BrandFashionPark is a total scam and impossible to reach except by a phoney customer service chat line that keeps spitting out the same answer time and time again. I ordered 2 paors of jeans. After 2 months, and no jeans, I emailed BrandFashionPark, and they told me the items were returned as the recipient, me, never picked the items up from the post office. What a piece of JUNK. The infomercial grossly misrepresents the actual product. You are led to believe you will be getting a somewhat sturdy suitcase like device with firm dividers in it. Instead, you get what amounts to a garment bag with thin walls, thinner dividers and a thin floor. It comes to you in the "mailbox" because it is folded flat. It is that cheap and flemsy. This company make a brilliant advertisement to entice you into their free trail but in the very small print is where they tell you that you will be subject to charges if you dont cancel within the 15 day trail - they do not at any point tell you in the main body of ordering your porduct that you are liable for these charges - i have now been stung for a whopping £82.95 for the Acai Berry - fortunately the Colon Cleanse had been lost in transit so have not been charged for that. I went to 6 day dental in Flower Mound Texas to get my teeth cleaned and a crown re-glued. I was told I needed a root canal on the tooth that needed the crown reglued.
