This company is a fraud and very hard to deal with when they are contacted. I received a trail sample and was unable to use the sample because it irritated my mouth. I knew that I had asmall window of time to cancel this product if I was not satisfied, which I did and they are still refusing to reimbursement the charge made to my credit card. I went to my local A&W this week after reading the ugly complaint from squigles and they served up a beautiful plate of a cheeseburger with crispy french fries, made to order by a friendly short order cook. There were no kids working there at the time, just a friendly older woman and an older man who did the cooking. They don't hire kids to cook, just to serve the tables when the orders are ready. Wow, where to start with this company. I ordered several items from their website. The main two items concerned are 1 x pair of pants & 1 x T-Shirt. All the equipment i purchased was all Flame Resistant for High Voltage switching purposes. Now in everything i buy from day to day i am a 36 x 34. I ordered an extension for a baby gate from this company. It was shipped by a different company Tee-Zed with no order number or contact info. It was the wrong color and wrong height. I called Topman and got someone right away. He said so sorry, we'll send a call tag for the old one, and send out the right gate to you. Neither one ever materialized. My husband and I have called over five times between us and only get an automated system. None of our calls have been returned. This is a typical scam being played on unsuspecting people who fall for the 'endorsements' attached to the products as being valid. It offered a "FREE 14-day Trial Offer"...you only pay 5.95 S&H...but, what happens next is the scamline.
