Long story short. This company and a company named Comprehensive Weight Loss have been making unauthorized withdrawals from my debit account since January. They knew what they were doing because the first thing said from their prerecorded message was that no prior charges would be refunded. I 'm going to do all I can to get back my money. It was taken from my child support and I don't appreciate their thievery at all. After wearing a top once I washed and dried it, It shrunk to the point that I could not wear it. when I returned it to the store the manager, Cindy, at the Westfield mall told me that the return policy said the tags had to be on, and not worn or washed. I asked to exchange it for another top of the same type and she refused. Tags, off, worn, washed, no return. She was adamant. When I asked if she was willing to lose me as a customer she reiterated the policy. The company's supposed website only has a place to order. No way to cancel. I was able to cancel through the phone number on the envelope the stuff came in but was told to go to the website to view their requirements for a return of the product. There is no way on the website to do this. It is a real scam. I asked my credit company to refuse charges. My bank account was charged $42.89. I called the number and asked what it was for. It took a long time for the person to give me and answer and then said it was for Bumpits, for the hair. I told them I did not order it and they said it was already shipped and that I would have to send it back for credit.
