I've read all the complaints and thought it was worth mentioning my positive experience. At first I thought I might be in trouble because once the makeup kit arrived, 12 of the 14 trial period had passed. This company has a trial offer that automatically ends up charging people on a monthly basis. It is impossible to know that that will happen. It is impossible to reach someone on the phone to cancel.
