When it arrived there were only seven pills and they charged me 6.95 plus immediately sent another month's supply. I have tried several times to reach them by phone to no avail. Yep, this guy got me too. I can't believe I didn't check it out before I tried the "free trial" for Colonmed 700. Now my account has been charged for $88.97 by "pomacaicleanse". In a similar vein I ordered the "free trial" for the Acai, and instead of just sending me the Acai, they also sent me Hoodiawater and Gum, and charged me $44.85 for it all. Was contacted in Oct by MyPartD USA and they suggested Todays Options as a medicare pay for fee service for our Medicare. So we signed up. I cannot get customer service to do anything they say they will do, They have not paid for any claims and they assured us that we were covered. They have not even sent a card and they told me they would three different times. They won't even reset my password for my online account. They transfer me to the nurse to have her reset it. A charge showed up on my bank statement for $78.33 from Nutra Products. I had never heard of them before. I was in a college class at the time the charge was made. I can't reach anyone from this so-called company. When I called the number listed on my bank statement they referred me to a website, www.gohelpnow. There were no other options. When I went to the website the first thing they ask for is your full credit card number. Of course, I am not giving them that! Brookstone has an unfair return policy. There is absolutly no way to know that a robe (unopened) is not returnable. The entire store AND the receipt states that it can be returned with receipt...see reverse for policy details. The company's website is very misleading and many would label it as a clear case of entrapment. At the top it boldly states TRY IT FOR FREE! In smaller print it states "just pay $4.95 S&H" In larger print it urges HURRY UP! This was nothing more than a rip-off. They took money out of my account with out authorization and I want it back. You can not cancel because they think that you can stay on hold for hours.
