I too was taken by these guys. I notified my bank and the police. Now I have to check my credit report and file with the Federal Trade Commission. The phone number and their web site is gone, but he customer care number works still. They handle the support for several "companies" and I was able to talk to someone. They tried to tel me no refunds, but I told them my bank was involved and so was the police. The number is 1-800-749-3304. Somehow they got both our debit card numbers. Loreal puts false claims (accompanied with pictures of models) on their products! My hair turned really really black! It also has uneven tone - the roots are much lighter (although I don't have roots, since I don't have gray hair yet!) The ends are REALLY REALLY DARK BLACK !! instead of light brown!! I bought the Mitchum Smart Solid, powder scent and used it for several weeks. One day a large chunk broke off and since chunks have fallen each and every time I use it. New Jeans are falling apart, dut to poor quality fabric. I putchased 2 pair of Lee Mens Jeans made in Mexico coded with the # TZS-K489-031 and 08362439943 both pair in the $40 price range and they are tearing out belt loops, and holes apearing in middle of fabric after normal washing, and they are less than 1 month old. I recently noticed an unauthorized charge on my credit card bill. I had placed an order that was "free" with the exception of shipping and handling. I received a call to verify the shipping of my free sample of Ultra Lean Green Instant Green Tea Mix. They began to pitch renewal/products and I clearly and emphatically stated that I wanted the free sample only and verified that I would only be charge the shipping and handling, which was 4.95 and billed on my last months American Express bill. My Sister and I saw Von's full page ad in the Union Tribune on Friday, Sept. 26th. Vons advertised products for our Jewish New Year on sale in their stores. Included were kosher turkeys, blintzes, yortzeit candles, noodles, challah, etc. We drove to 3 different Vons Markets on Sat., 9/27, in search of these foods. My case is just like one I read on your website. I ordered a FREE Trial of PomClear, and paid a shipping charge of $1.95. My on-line receipt only indicated this. BUT a package arrived with 2 extra products, and a total charge of $41.85. (The two products were Hoodiburst Gum, and HoodiaWater 1 unit.
