I had a IPL photo facial there which was done incorrectly and damaged my skin. The settings were to strong and caused fat loss in my face. My skin is now perpetually dehydrated and I look at least five years older. My face can no longer retain moisture. Shizuka's customer service and attention to my problem and complaint was more than lacking. They maintain I was "the only ever to complain", and that they "can't control the aging process"... they were not interested in helping me with this difficult situation and brushed me off. Cellulean is a hoax. The product is sticky, gooey, and completely ineffective. Worse than that, the company stealthily charged me for additional supplies of their repugnant product, and when I called to resolve the dispute, a 'team leader' smugly assured me that there would be no refund because I had agreed to monthly shipments when I requested the free trial. I unfortunately got scammed by principalfashion.com. i ordered an A&F jumper from the site, and i received an very poor quality A&F imitation jumper (the sew-on label on the jumper said "Made in China"). I purchased some jewelery including a pair of bangles. When I was wearing these bangles, I noticed an obvious manufacturing defect, a hole in the inner side of the bangle and it was chirping from all sides, (it would be visible only on close examination as the design was an intricate Calcutta make). This Company is very unprofessional and has poor patient care. The assistants walk in and out of each patient area, joking and laughing with each other which was very unprofessional and erased any feeling of privacy. At one follow up visit my husband had burns around his mouth where they had tried to clean off the mess from taking an impression. We had purchased fishing line at K Mart and the package had an advertisement for free fishing hooks, coupon enclosed. We opened the box and when we looked at the coupon, the last date that it could be used was December 31, 2003. I don't think that K Mart should have been selling something that was over 4 years old. On 3.23.08 I ordered a prescription from RX Online (http://medsorder.net/). They sent me a tracking number through USPS but the package was delivered to someone in Texas and I live in California. I sent an e-mail to their customer service and they told me I have to contact USPS but I can't make changes since I wasn't the sender. This company currently has job postings on many different career websites for an entry-level position. It sounds like a legitimate marketing company with an opportunity to 'move up quickly" within the company. They are not who they say they are. This shop never give proper detail transaction receipt to customers. For example they simply mention grocery in the receipt it doesn't matter what ever we buy and most of the time they cheat by increasing a pound or 2 pound in many items to confuse the customer. Very dissatisfied with liposuction/smart lipo on upper arms. They are still the same circumference almost a year later. I experienced no skin tightening as promised by the advertisements for Smart Lipo, my arms are stil just as big, but now they look worse because the fullness has been reduced but the circumference is the same. We responded to a newspaper ad about a free sample of "Viaprin". When we found out about all the complaints of poor service and unhelpful responses others have received, we decided to cancel. We did not intend to sign up for monthly shipments, and were concerned when we read of other consumers who were having trouble with unwanted orders, even after cancellation. When we called the Phone#, they were very rude and unhelpful and would not work with us at all. We ultimately called our credit card company to cancel the account number. I purchased the tea online. I cancelled before the cancellation expired due to the tea was not helping me and upsetting my stomach. I decided this was not for me. I called cancel and for the next two month I was charged $19.95. even after a second phone call to cancel.. I had to go to my bank and cancel my account, change to another account. I had cancelled my membership a year ago and they were still pulling money out of my account.I called the corporate office and was told it would be 3-5 days for them to process my request for a refund. I have called and spoken to every employee, supervisor, and the manager of the corporate office and they have been nothing but dishonest and deceptive.
