Was overcharged, at the check out[having to wait 15mins with only 2 check lanes] then to get my money refunded I had to wait another 20 mins. while the service desk girl took care of customers that had come in after me. Iam staying in indonesia past three years, I used to bring some groceries from my mothers house (Urad dal, raw rice, thoor dal, fried gram dal ) this year january 5, 2008 . Forget the $4.95 sample price. That was just the shipping and handling. They are going to hit you with a charge of $49.95-$69.95 for some impressively packaged good that only makes your eye lashes stiff and does little for under eye circles or wrinkles on top of that $4.95. You'd do better throwing your money out a window. Geeezs.. Give it to charity where you at least feel like something was accomplished Avon cost far less and is more effective. Contact lenses. The rebate offer by Johnson & Johnson is deceptive advertising.They require personal health info plus age of parent. You must buy a years supply then remove the box tops which makes the lenses non exchangeable if the child vision changes. I will not submit a rebate under these conditions. Did not order this. Was mailed to my home without even having my name. It was mailed using the name Chase Visa. They charged my credit card without authorization for $81.00. I ordered a handbag from this company online...the quality was terrible plus it had a strong smell. It was a leather bag but this was not the usual way leather smells. I have been trying all day to call the number included on my order to cancel the auto ship for the Chaz Dean/Wen haircare system. The message I get is "Due to extremely high call volume we're unable to process your call at this time. Your call is important to us. Please try your call at another time." I remembered getting a telemarketing call and agreeing to have some stuff sent to me: Liberty Fun Pass, US Patriot Card, and this PRM or PME Health Options Stuff. Was charged 19.95 twice, and then $49.99 for the Health Options. Couldn't get a hold of them until I found a number next to the charge amount on my bank statement online: 866-397-3065. Paid for cleaning using debit card, 04-30-2008. Cleaning total was $34.90. Cleaners charged $334.90, and will not refund money. My bank is now involved and the BBB. I bought a pair of expensive Uggs for my 11 year old daughter in Nov of 2007, and barely 3 months later the seam around the toe area ripped. The other boot is perfectly fine. She is not a toe scraper, and considering the other one is in perfect condition, I can only assume there was a defect in the other boot. If it were a cheap pair of boots, I would expect that.
