My complaints are the bathroom is non hygienic and they have no stalls in the bathroom one toilet in a big restroom that used to have 3 toilet. In Oct 2007 I purchased products from kmart.com and on 1/11/2007 my debit card was DOUBLE charged AGAIN. I order two pairs of shoes in December. I received confirmation of the order, and the company charged my credit card immediately for $200 worth of merchandise. I noticed an unfamiliar (pending) charge of $28.89 on my bank account on 1/17/08 from this company 555 Diet Challenge. I could not find the number anywhere. After looking this company up on the internet I noticed that others had filed claims about the same false charges. After contacting my bank I was told to call back as soon as the charge was posted to my account. This is extremely upsetting and very inconvenient! I had a supplement policy with this company, But changed to a medicare HMO in 01/2007. I called great American to cancel policy and also mailed a letter telling them to cancel my policy on 01/10/2007. I was suggested a wrong treatment. Antibiotics should do with the pain I had. I was suggested root canal treatment. I was overcharged 8 times than what I had to pay. I was very new to this dental procedure. I assumed that's how much my percentage share would be after the insurance pays. MAACS.com claims to have good customer service and to be reliable. From my experinece this is not even close to the truth. On 09-20-07 I ordered a set of ABU and never got them. I have been using Loreal Feria Hair Colour for the last 8 months, everytime I wash my hair the color comes out and I end up staining my towels. Unwilling to honor their contract of providing a 100% covered preventive procedure. I researched and successfully countered each of their varying reasons for denial. They were either unable or unwilling to give the real reason. A message left for a supervisor was never returned. I had applied for a term policy after reading that MetLife offered the cheapest term polic, and with an understanding that term policies do not have any fineprint. Personally I feel this is a very money hungry organization. It is all about the parents paying in. I have paid in to much over the years to have only been given back nothing but a sham. I have been receiving calls daily since around 12-15-2007. I have called Secure Horizons on three occasions to get them to stop the calls to my cell phone. I have been told it takes six to eight weeks to process my request, which is absurd. I was told it was because of the size of their database.
