I had canceled my p0licy on 11/06/2007. I made the request to TATA AIG and HSBC. But they didn't proceed with my request. Still they are deducting the amount from my credit card. 4 times I given complaint to HSBC and 4 times to TATA AIG too. Only thing what we have to do is blast them like anything and call their MOM. My opinion: Yes, they are a scam. Their business practices are, at best, unethical and most often illegal. Every customer, vendor and employee has established that. It is hard to prove it because everyone scammed by them has a difficult time documenting times, dates and names of their transactions and/or conversations. On 7/13/07, I purchased chicken and an order of french fries from Popeyes on Boston Road, Bronx, New York. Upon arrival home and opening the french fries, I found 5 shrimp mixed in with the fries. This is a very serious issue for me as I have life threatening allergies to shell fish. If these foods are going to cross contaminate, then Popeyes should advise their customers of this. I purchased a pair of Baby Phat Jeans that cost approximately $90. within 3 washes the Baby Phat gold plate had ripped off and all the gold studs had disappeared. I followed all the washing instructions that the Jeans were labeled with. On 09th July 2007 I had gone to Food Bazar for shopping of foodgrains and household stuff. Since I cannot take the bags (09 nos) alone like always I went to the security counter for Home Delivery. I have many pictures to show the shoddy work this "Dr." did to me. My liposuction is lumpy on my stomach & one leg has an indentation. I was admitted for two weeks in hospital and treated with zyprexa for Bipolar Mood Disorder. In the two weeks my tummy swollen up and my weight increased tremendously. On the day of marriage, when we called up Subhiksha staff, they told us that few material is pending, rest is sent to the site of marriage. Just bought American Choice Angus Beef Patties from Sam's Club. The outside of the box has 1/3 pound Angus Beef Patties in large print and small print indicates more fillers than a cafeteria meatloaf. As a consumer, I think it should not be allowed to say Angus Beef unless it is 100% and when it isn't, it must say clearly under the Angus Beef, what percentage. I purchased some razor blades at your 1531 Bayview Ave store in Toronto and wanted to return them as they were $ 3 more than Pharma Plus (most of their items are overpriced but it was convenient). I tried to return them but because another person had used their optimum card for the purchase and they werent with me, I was told I couldn't return it without this card.
