A few months ago I purchased several pair of Levis 505 from Sears in Texas City for my husband. He has only worn them for a few months and after washings we started noticing holes and slices in material... like they were sliced with a razor blade and little holes as if they were shot with buckshot. We didnt think too much when this happened to the first pair (thinking maybe some chemical got on them or something) , but now two other pairs have had this happen to them. I went to AspenDental, Woburn, MA for my routine cleaning for the first time on March 16, 2006. $47.80 was charged to my credit card for exam and x-rays and a treatment plan was laid out without any further discussion. I recently went to Pearl Vision on Rt. 10 in Randolph NJ. I went for the works and got an eye exam, contact lenses, and a brand new pair of glasses in total I spent nearly $600. I wore the glasses for about a year, then when I was in a Lens Crafters looking for new fun frames, the doctor there said they could look up my prescription right off my current lenses. My 15 year old daughter has CRAZY curly hair. She hates it. We decided to get it permanently straightened with something called the Chi hair straightening. You will get billed first from "Beachbody Fitness" for their shape up program, and then they say in 30 days after you will get another bill. well, the DAY AFTER the initial bill, I got more charges! And they changed their name from Beachbody to Million Dollar Body. First charge is $68.89, then day after is $29.90 then week and a half later another charge for $40.62 from Million Dollar Body! Since filing the original complaint have been contacted by First Aid Web. I supplied them with a copy of the receipt that I paid thru paypal. However instead of providing the CPR card they have been arguing about their customer service. If they had good customer service the card would have already been provided. I have avoided fast food due to a cardio diet. However, I did have to eat when I spent hours at a shopping mall. I figured Chick Filet would have a salad 'safe' to eat. WARNING – Don’t buy anything from this company. I received my order from OnlyGolfApparel.com yesterday. I bought 3 pairs of Nike golf pants. The pants were tight in the thighs and legs, so I called them the next day to get a RA number to return them. They told me it would be a 35% re-stocking fee to send these back plus the shipping. I would like to complain about TD visa insurance that is a basic fraud. This is a mini mart serving food that does'nt have a clue on food clean up they serve food that has been left out of the freezer all night. Bathroom door is left open at all times. They have no clue if the food they are cooking is cooked through. They do not clean there areas up with any type of cleaner not even bleach. This is a very high risk area for food poisoning. I saw Dr. Mirrafati in Febuary 2006. He did a Rystalyne and Radiesse injection in my lips and nasal folds. I Went to Doctor John Harlan in Missoula, Montana for a light resurfacing procedure around mouth area (peri-oral)on 04/2004.
