while visiting montreal I purchased a pair of shoes from Little Burgundy. When I unpacked the shoes to wear them I found they had given me one shoe in one size and one shoe in another. I placed an order on March 1, 2011. A day later, I got an email saying my order shipped. The ETA they provide is 3-4 business days. After four business days, I tried to call their customer service. I got an answering machine (that doesn't reference the company's name at all). I tried a few times to reach them, but kept getting the machine (they don't return calls either).
