Omega travels to the moon but its service sadly fails!! About a year ago I purchased a vintage Omega watch and subsequently left it with the Omega service agent in Dubai for servicing. This is the worst customer service I have ever had. My finance and I purchased my engagement and wedding band from their site. I recieved the ring on a Monday (a week late) and lost 2 side stones by that friday!! i called them and a few days after no one picked up, I got a guy who gave me the address to send it back and told me I would get a full refund for it. My girlfriend and I took our kids (7 years) to the Wednesday open house at Kamera Kids. Both our kids are typically outgoing, chatty and full of personality.
