This product contains propylene glycol, which is also called "anti-freeze". There has not been enough human studies that document whether long-term use of this chemical in either of its forms, or any of its associated products can cause cancer, or other health-related problems. I ordered a pendant for my wife for Christmas and paid an extra £20 for a thicker chain. The web site shows their address as being in the UK so I trusted it. The pendant arrived from the USA with the standard chain and by email with QP Jewellers we agreed I would keep what I had and they would refund the extra £20 I had paid. I have had a credit balance for two months. Lets just say the run around is endless. It is almost like a bunch of 10 years olds running a dental company. Kaiser is absolutely awful! They won't pay if you have complicated medical issues and simply don't care. They only care about saving money. They hurt me tremendously, and I am still in pain from their lack of care. When I filed a complaint with Kaiser, they offered me extended coverage and then reneged on their offer.
