In the past 1 1/2 years, they have lost (undelivered) 5 cards. I deliver my mail to the post office. All pakages and bills I mail make it to there destinations, but not any kind of cards . I Had purchased a vehicle out of state in Utah. Upon arriving at the california DMV to get it registered for California use the lady helping me stated she could do nothing until it was smogged and complied with state regulations. We mailed our tax documents via certified mail to our accountant on Friday, January 30th, 2009 and they have not been received as of yet. Our mail goes to Springfield for cancellation and then to the post offices. The Sails Group, which is supposed to be a non-profit, is a very corrupt company. Many of the employees who work here or have worked here are not getting paid. Several employees are consistently missing more than half of their paycheck amounts yet they continue to come into work for fear of termination. I applied for a fresh passport for my new born baby in Bijapur on 16th Dec 2008 through the District Passport Cell, Bijapur, hoping that the passport will be issued with no worries as both the parents hold a valid passport. I live in the Dominican Republic for four years and I must use private forwarding services to receive packages and mail as the government postal service can take several months to get anything, along with having to pay off different people, if you get anything at all! I followed all the prompts, provided credit card information and then I was sent to the final step to download the pdf forms and to provide authorization to the company to expedite my passport processing.
