I had quite a talk with the phone solicitor about calling at 10:00 pm and the do not call list. She would not give me the name of the company, but it came through on caller ID. She said her name was Telany Davis, but I doubt that is correct. After I demanded to know who was the company she was working for she hung up. I raged for several minutes. My son receives numerous calls (daily) on HIS cell phone from this company (and others who work for them - outsourcing) asking for me by my first name. He tells them that there is no one by that name at this number, and asks how they have the number. Every single day, without fail, I get calls from 517-679-0754 (sometimes two times a day if I do not answer). I have repeatedly told the solicitors to remove my name and nine times out of ten they have hung up on me. My daughter told me if I call back the number, customer service will come on and I can delete my number. I now do that everytime they call and they still continue to call. What do I have to do, change my phone number to get off this list. Travisa outsourcing provides poor services to their customers for OCI Visa for India and other countries. They have inadequate staff to handle phone, email and voice mail, call center services. Their staff is uneducated and rude to their customers. They lose the important papers, which include checks, photographs and birth certficates and then they lie.
