It is very disappointing to know that you have such rule on picture taking not being allowed in any of your properties. We have people from all over the world who comes and visit our state and city and would like to be taking pictures wherever they go as this will be their first time visiting. My aunt (who is in her 50s, diabetic, blind, incontinent, etc.etc.) was recently placed in Magnolia Manor nursing home in Winona, Mississippi. My uncle had to remove her after a week because the nursing staff was verbally/psychologically abusing her, allowing her to lay soiled in her own waste for hours on end, making fun of her, not administering her medications on time, etc. This is an outrage. I purchased an Xacto Sharpener a few months ago in 2009 and was told that I could return it to the store for an exchange if it stopped working.
