I have frequently ordered magazines through North West Airlines Worldperks Magazines for Miles. Often I don't get the magazine. The wood floor they installed is under warrenty, but fortunately for them they are able to say that the repairs needed were not caused by ANYTHING under the warranty but rather by something that is not covered. In January of 2006 I ordered a pot &pan set from them. Once the set had arrived I only used them for a week when one of the lids exploded on the pan that I was boiling water in. I called and reported it and told the company that if they wanted me to pay for this set that i wanted the lid replace. Ok to start off I walked into their store/office and it absolutely stunk. After it took the employee 25 minutes to realize I was even there they charged me 9 extra dollars for my 6 year old and her 2 5 year old friends. I purchased a set of replacement dog tags from mustang tags and never received them. I waited several weeks before sending an inquiry. I received no reply. I sent several more emails, still no reply (and no product). Upon writing this it has been 3 months, with no product, and no word from Mustang Tags. I cancelled my membership with Good Life Club and the last payment was to be transacted on May 9th, however The Good Life Club continued to deduct from my account on May 23, June 6 and June 20. I filed a complaint and they said it would take 7-10 days to refund my money. The total was $92.94 however they couldn't even get their accounting right and credited me $92.93. I didn't pay much attention to it, but now I notice another charge of $14.95. I called and they said if you click yes or no you are accepting the discounts from that website. I spend time, energy, and gas on this scam. The moment I finally sat down with one of their "managers" I noticed the credit card machine. I was actually quite shocked that she thought she could fool me since I have agents and a manager already. But alas she tried and explained to me that if I already had "good" model pictures then I would not have to take new ones. By far, THE WORST online pay website out there. Confusing directions and misleading links. Clicked on a PayPal link, and instead, Dealtree processed my order...without a confirmation page to cancel. Ended up that they charged me too much, AND shipped to the wrong address. Contacting the company sends you to India, where the representatives can't speak, or understand, English and when you ask for a Supervisor, they hang up on you. Warranty? For $29.95, they'll send you another mop or, you can return your damaged mop and wait 3 to 6 months for it to be repaired, not replaced with a new one. I ordered 2 Kichler mirrors for a bathroom remodel. One was damaged. I contacted Bellacor and they shipped a new mirror. We were out of town when the new mirror was delivered by UPS. The following day UPS returned to pick up the damaged mirror but instead they picked up the new mirror. This was May 29 and we were still out of town. I have been trying ever since to get Bellacor to send back the replacement mirror. My daughter enrolled in their modelling class on the Mississippi gulf coast before Katrina, at a hefty price and was charged, pay per you class. $100.00. After the hurricane they called and requested she continue classes and after a few classes the just left the area with no explanation at all. These girls were devastated and lied to. I received my weekly unemployment check in the mail. As I had to pick up a few things at Wal-mart which is five minutes from my home, I decided to cash the check via the money center there.
