While Demetry (the owner) reliably picked us up and got us to our cruise terminal he spent most of his time looking at his cell phone. Since 9:00am I have been trying to contact the Technical Support Team for the AT&T U-Verse High Speed Internet. I have to set up a NON att.net email address on my Microsoft Outlook and in order for me to be able to send out emails, I needed the correct smtp and ssl port numbers for it to work. My complaint is similar to all the rest. The police department referred my family after a relative died of a self inflicted gun shot wound. My contract with telus was over. and 1 month after my contract was done.. they took all the features off and started billing me for calls after 6pm... and they notified me that i should have been aware of that i would lose my evenings and weekends free option once my contract was done. Highly unprofessional. I wouldn't trust them with my valuables! I have had 2 neighbors in the last 6 months complain about their unprofessionalism. Their movers speak very little broken English.
