This company has numerous web addresses that link to the same or similar looking pages. It immediately looks very suspicious. It is not a good idea to download these programs onto your computer. Extremely Rude people that do not provide any customer service. Maybe it was just the persons we did deal with but our experience is extremely bad. When you deal with them I recommend to take down names so that you later can trace back the people that tell you statements that are not trough. Jet Direct Funding contacted me a year ago with an offer to help in a loan modification. The person was very professional and convincing. The big selling point was that if they couldn't obtain the modification all but $500 of your up front investment would be refunded. Two years ago Pete was hired to replace leaky water pipes under my house. Last week I had a leak and hired a plumber to fix it. When they found the problem it showed that Pete had not even bothered to weld the pipe connection and my home leaked all that time. I requested he pay for the new repair but he refuses. On August 28th 2010 my car rearended a car in front of it while being on the car wash conveyor due to the car wash employees not watching the process closely and perhaps not pressing the stop button (or the such) when it was required. I was billed $108.+ on my verizon phone bill for 3 months that was NOT AUTHORIZED. E zip refused to give me a hard copy of the recording that authorization was given. They refused to reimburse the $325.00 i was charged. I filed a complaint with PUC who in turn contacted Verizon Corportate. They promised an affordable payment. My payment was not affordable. The amount that they estimated I would need to save over four years would never have been enough to pay my creditors. Their staff was not properly trained and were inexperienced. They were severely understaffed, making it impossible to reach them at times. My settlement coached changed constantly. They recommended I apply for a mortgage modification through their company, for which I was denied. That was another $300. They collected $11, 000 in fees up front for which they did nothing. I've been a Sprint Nextel customer since 2005 and I am disappointed to say that my favorite cell carrier became one of my biggest nightmares.
