This complaint is from my wifes work. She's been working for couple of yrs as part-time. Bad company I ordered and received 3 pairs of sunglasses from go optic but one of the pairs had a broken arm. I returned the faulty sunglasses to them at considerable cost (Australia). They emailed me and claimed that there was evidence I had used a pair of pliers on the brand new sunglasses!!! I emailed them photos of the sunglasses that I had taken before I returned them which showed no evidence of pliers being used on the sunglasses and still they would not honor their own warranty policy. Babies r us needs to stop hiring high school dropouts. We opened a baby registry with them in the above location and when we asked a store assistant about some product details - while employee was answering our question the manager "Amanda" stops by and tells us that we are not allowed to get assistance for more than 5 mins. If we have more questions we should call the online help desk. What was that about. We were so insulted by this we cancelled our registry with them and went with target. Good luck to babies r us. The picture quality for the HD is terrible, purple, pink and blue lines runs through the picture, or sometimes the picture just breaks completely up.
