I ordered (on line) 4 latex pillows for 183.00. I received the pillows and they measured 14x22. I left a voicemail and email and never received a response. I was able to get thourgh finall to Customer Service and the representative (Sarah) advised me that the company had never received complaints about the pillows before (suggesting that the problem was ME, not the pillows). I went to California Pizza Kitchen in Bellevue with friends, and parked in the parking alongside. I asked the attendant if I needed to pay, but he mentioned that if I get the reciept from the restaurant, I don't need anything. When I came back, I had a ticket on my car with the attendant missing. Triton Global has billed me for $500.00 worth of phone calls that I did not accept. When I contacted Jim Laing, he told me someone has to call the company first for the service and would not believe that no one in this house and done this. Purchased a cell phone with Verzon service through this "vendor" of Sams Club. I though that I was receiving a "Go Anywhere, peace of mind protection plan"...(Their words) when I added the $125.00 to my purchase. I purchased flowers for my wife in February 2010 and did not realize that I had been the victim of a scam that automatically deducted $14.95 from my account each month. I caught this fraud in October and called ProFlowers and Preferred Buyers Pass to get information. They have agreed to refund over $136 dollars that has been basically stolen from me but I have yet to see it post back to my account. Hi, 2 months back I bought Micromax Airtel datacard (MMX 610U). At that time it has been said I'll get 30-40 kbps speed & at night more. Till now I never got more than 10 kbps. I wouldn't recommend purchasing anything from http:/www.didyousay.com. I ordered a beaded screen from them using PayPal. I live just 2 hours away from their advertised address in Richmond VA. I paid for FedEx delivery and there was nothing on their website that said the item was out of stock. A week later and 3 emails to them and no item and no response to my emails. "WBshop.com" sells DVD-R copies of selections from its archive. The copies are good, although sometimes scratched/poorly handled during disc production. However, the Customer Service is horrible. I recently purchased the Freshlock vacumn sealer and also the Freshlock replacement bags. This vacumn sealer does not in any way vacumn seal products. It does not vacumn all the air out and whatever air is taken out is right back in the bag within minutes. This item is of no use to me at all. To return this item is going to cost me almost $11.00. Sold me a door, which apparently had a manufacturer defect, and the glass failed shortly over 1 year after install. contacted them for a replacement and they strung me along for a full TWO MONTHS "processing" my issue. I ordered two mirrors from ATG Stores aka Bassett Mirror Company back in August 2009. It's now May 25, 2010. Both mirrors came damaged but things like that happen so no big deal. Luckily the shipping company caught the damage before they sent it to my house so the shipping company sent them back. So I contacted ATG Stores and they said they would send out two more. As a new customer with Genco Martketplace, our first order incorrect and disappointing. We had placed an order for 2 pallets, 48 boxes of Genco advertised Health & Beauty Aids. With complete trust in Genco, our payment was wired immediately. Upon taking inventory, we discovered 11 boxes of expired, damaged and melted candy and 8 boxes of expired Boost Energy Drink and expired baby formula (photos attached).
