On Fri 10 Sep 2010 I went to Food 4 Less to sell candy for a school fundraiser. The management told me that was not allowed. They contradicted themselves, and said they would have to allow everyone to fundraise if they allowed me. Next, they stated that they in fact did allow some fundraisers to operate, contradicting their previous statement. I told them that I see all the time people selling tamales in front of the store. I feel the store should allow fundraising. I have spent thousands of dollars at Food 4 Less for groceries, and now I will take my business elsewhere. This company is dishonest. I ordered a chair from them and it took 4 months to receive it not the advertised 8 weeks. I was going to cancel my order but they agreed to a discount. Should have canceled. When I finally received it, the chair would not stay on it's base properly and wobbles. This company advertises items that they do not have in stock. I ordered a book and it said it would ship in 12 days but it seems that they did not have the book, did not tell me when I placed order and only when I inquired as to where my book was did they tell me that they had not placed an order for the book yet. Their marketing practices include discarding of their fliers on private property without the consent of those property owners. What legitimate business resorts to littering as a means to market their business? I had my first visit to their pharmacy today. It took over 1.5 hours to fill a prescription for an inhaler -- no pills to count and no mixing. Easy task, and the inhalers were right there hanging on the wall behind the counter. Went to Lucky Break at Access Park today to buy some Jeep clothing. Instead of everything being grouped into sizes like normal today it was into manufactured batches. I thought the previous flat rate of R 6.00 for parking underground was already a rip-off, but today I got charged R 8.00 and I was in the mall for less than an hour. I think shoppers at the mall should be treated as valued guests instead of being subjected to highway robbery. May 25, 2010 I was automatically charged a renewal of the Rand McNally Road Explorers annual memberhsip. June 3, 2010 I was informed the membership was cancelled because they were closing the program. I called and was told I would get a refund. After an accident I ended-up at Kevin W Emmons chiropractic office. I wish I had check him out before I made this decision. He asked me to pay cash than later wanted to charge me again, saying I did not pay. Meanwhile, he sent the claim to my insurance company too. He did lie to me a lot.
