My complaint is against Humana and its sales associate Dennis Gabauer. Just wondering is anyone else has had issues with Power Seller College. I emailed for information and about 5 minutes later someone called and recruited me to join. After signing up, I was immediately enrolled in classes. Then the classes have you logging in everyday to complete work. I ordered skates from them selecting UPS 2 Day Air Express Shipping in the amount of $33.12. They shipped the skates UPS Ground, which was at a cost of approx $14.20. I asked them for a refund in shipping charges since they shipped it via a different, cheaper method and they refuse to refund the difference in shipping since I "Still got them in 2 days". This is all proven by receipts and emails showing that they literally stole my $18.92. I went through Paypal to dispute the charge and they still will not refund my money. I initiated cellular service with Consumer Cellular. On 7-9-2010 I received two Motorola EM330 cell phones. On 7-12 one phone locked up. Upon advice, I removed the battery to reboot the phone. I'm on my 3rd Intex pool in 6 years. None of them have ever wear well and not only is their quality poor, their company's Customer Service Dept. is inept and purposefully obtuse. I bought the Nokia Handset from Shoprite. I am facing problems with the Audio (Telephone) quality.
