Signed up for their web site services, used it for a year, determined it was not effective for my business and sent a cancellation notice. Advised I missed the "automatic renewal" by 3 days so I have to pay them for another year. There is no benefit provided for an annual renewal. Even though the web site shows "monthly plans available" that is not what they mean. Bought 8 round table cloths by mistake, needed 20 oblong and ended up with 12 oblong and 8 round. I was in line, three costomers down from the cashier when i heard the cashier lady raised her voice and started ranting on at the costomer in line. Apparently the woman checking out made a complaint that it was ridiculous for the cashier to ask for her id when buying glue. I took the delivery of the Vehicle Scorpio SLX from their workshop on 14th August 2006. With theri help took HDFC car loan of 7L at an interest of 8.5%. Till now I have not received any Invoice, REgistration Papers of the CAR. I have only been given the Road permit and the Insurance copy. Also the EMI was for 54 months, and was to be deducted monthly as ECS scheme. They have deducted an Advance EMI of 46950/- which was never to be done. Initially we faced problems of delivery of water jars. We called them several times for the jar delivery as there was no drining water at our home. This moving broker is a rip off. They gave us a quote of $5, 900 and are now demanding $12, 400 for release of our furniture and household goods. They are using Cubic Feet, which is against the law and also are adding fees that were never agreed upon. For instance, we have been disputing their charges since day one. Rao Abdulwahid of Arrowsoleight (Arrowsol8) is a scamster and a complete fraud. He signed an agreement with my company and did not adhere to the terms and conditions mentioned on it. He even denied numerous conditions mentioned in black and white on the agreement! I did ask him to show me where on the agreement are the points he mentioned; he remained silent for this question. He also lied about sending payment after I invoiced him. This convinced me that this person is an absolute fraud. It was a Cobra XRS 747, now that it doesnt work anymore they will not let me exchange it for another one. I have my receipt.
