My husband called at the end of May to purchase a strut & spring kit. The rep Vita told him he did not need struts if the car already has them, as struts never go bad. Additionally, their "800" contact number voicemail (!) refers you to a "900" charge-per-minute contact number. I've bought two LG enV3 phones from Walmart (Letstalk.com) and Walmart's web page showed them with a promotion of a 4GB micro SD memory card each. After I got the phones in the mail I noticed that there were no memory cards with the phones. I've called Letstalk.com customer service and got an associate who promised me that the cards will be mailed next business day. Three weeks later I called again and the associate that time told me that there were no promotions like that at all.
