Purchased a Motorola W376g phone, which has a camera. After taking several pictures, I found I could not download these pictures. Went to Wal-Mart where I purchased the phone and was told they did not carry the USB cord I needed. Went to Best Buy and spent $29. to purchase USB cord and software. Downloaded softeware and found that it does not support this phone. Called Trac Phone, (got India) they could not tell me what to do, Have called them 6 times and spoke to supervisor, basic answer (that I could understand) was that they do not support this phone and have no idea of how I am to get the pictures off the phone. This company is very unprofessional. Do not waste your time with these jokers. The ladies in the office obviously spend too much time in a chair and have become amazingly lazi. The office manager, Tom, is a very shady guy and not to be trusted. The owner Amer is out to screw over whoever he can. The hourly wage they promise for the Sales job, is non-existent. THIS IS SUCH BS!!! I bought tickets to the ST.PETE Grand Prix knowing even if it rained this is a race that races in the rain. They canceled the race...not even trying to dry the track. Just unintentionally ordered a Nuwave Pro on line. I did not realize that I was actually ordering from the minute I gave my credit card information, which was the first thing requested. They initially do all the things right untill you buy it. They lure you by giving very cheap rates for the initial month. But, actually after 2 - 3 calls you can never call from their service and automatically just by trying to call people overseas you will keep losing minutes and money wihtout even the call getting connected. Hi, During my transit in Paris Airport (CDG), I used the Public Telephone to make a International Call to India and I spoke for about a minute and disconnected. Later when I checked my credit card bill I was surprised to see an amount of 34.8 Euros charged for this call.
