Sausalito Moving and storage was hired to move my household to Southern California and put everything in storage. When I got everything out of storage all my furniture was broken. All boxes were crushed. Fragile boxes were on the bottom of heavy boxes. As a former client, it became very obvious that Domenic DiPiero was more interested in his hobbies rather than his business. Golf outings, hunting events and frequent "business" trips with his "partner" Michele Bennett took priority over his clients needs. Actually, I am having some issues with them now. Their customer service needs work. The emails going back and forth are becoming very harsh. I just needed to understand somethings. We bought a new Craftman push mower. The first time we used it, it would not run. My husband coaxed it to mow about 1/2 of our small yard and it died. We took it back to the local sears store where it was purchased. They would not replace it. They said we had to send it to the repair center in Hixson TN. The repair center called about 1 week later. They said it would cost about $70, for a tune up. Wal-mart would have just give a new mower. Received custom shoes from tnt dance designs for my wedding. Not only did the shoes have a heel that was coming away from the sole, but there were scratches and glue marks all over the shoes!!! When I called to get the shoes replaced, they couldn't guarantee they would be ready in time for my wedding-- and they didn't care! However I did not read the fine print and it was for a listing with Yellow pages United from Atlanta GA I would like to cancel the order but they state I am obligated to pay. How do I complain.
