We had Mr Water Heater with home office in North Versailles, PA install a water heater for us and the inspector told me that we didnt need any of the extra stuff that the plumber told me we had to be installed. They charged me another 700 on top of the cost of installing the water heater and it had to bwe done or he could not finish the installation. The city said they do that all the time to the old. This is Elder Abuse and I am also going to contact the state. This was the worst service possible. A bad bait & switch VALPAC ad "$65 for whole air duct cleaning package and no hidden charges". I was charged $250 for "duct cleaning: -which involves using a small compressed hose/ air and blowing the face of the vent ducts. A small vacuum was connecting to one of the other ducts. We purchased a Brita faucet mounted water filter and before even the first filter cartridge was used up it became very difficult to switch between filtered and unfiltered water. The switch seemed jammed. Then it began to leak badly, so both filtered and unfiltered water are both always on. Now it even leaks through the seams in the plastic base unit. I recently bought Sunlight OxiAction detergent to use in my dishwasher. It was advertised as a new product and looked promising, as well was on sale so I gave it a shot.
