Purchased a Optimus heater in Oct. 09 from WalMart, it swivels which makes the "made in china" unit electric cord break. I tried to take back in march 010 but Walmart said they will not take back because I didn't have the instruction manual. International calls are NOT unlimited from Vonage. I got an email from vonage and it says my calls are not in the same patterns. I called the voange and they told me, the number of minutes I could use depends 0n other vonage customers. I cannot go more then average customer usage minutes, otherwise they will charge the regular rate for international minutes. Our 2 year old fridge stopped freezing. It was out of warranty (by a month) but I called Sears to get it fixed. They determined that we were out of area for a QUALIFIED Sears Tech. Today mark my full month trying to get warranty repair on my Powerwasher PW1600H-CA (S/N: 08101704646M) that I purchased from Home Depot last June.
