Eugene Oregon - was told they were not a "retail" store and they didn't "need my business" - all because I requested the "manager" help the employee field calls while we worked on a material/design plan at which point, the manager told me he would not help his employee. After the employee finished w/call, I was told if I was going to talk to them "this way", they did not want my business...long story short - my contractor will no longer do business with them. Viceroy still has not commited to replacing their defective shingles. For months I waited for their in house investigator who agreed the product had aged prematurely. Then they made me wait more onths for their independent consultant who also stated that their IKO shingles had wwarped prematurely. Then they made me wait many more onths while they deliberated the issue. Now after a year and a half of putting me off with excuses they have not given me a decision. In fact, they just ignore the messages I leave on their answering machine and email. So much for the guarantee on their 25 year IKO shingle they provided me. read full review »

I bought into a package deal with tracphone on getting a tracphone and minutes for a large fee. I have had nothing but problems with the tracphone since I've had it and all they do is give you the runaround and lie to you. The mailbox has not worked right since day one. Since they couldn't fix it I asked them to replace the phone and now they say, that is not part of the warranty. So, Beware before you buy their junk package that is worthless. read full review »

Adeptmarketingconcepts.com did a small site for a friend and charged him for marketing that was never done. After 8 months his Google page rank is 0 out of a possible 10. He has only 7 back links! I got him switched to a real SEO company and since switch in just 2 months his phone is ringing at "more than double the amount as before" He is very happy, a word to the wise do a little research before you chose to do biz with a adept marketing concepts ; some companies are great and some are worthless. read full review »

I decided to go with flip networksknown as flipnetworks.com. At first, they sounded great and one was supposed to get all of the untrue accusations off the first page. Immediately after signing, they started charging a lot of extra money. I signed up in June, paid a lot of money up front and it's now the end of October and there are still no results. There are too many agents assigned to one account and no one is in a hurry to work on anything. I brought my car into a mechanic and I felt that they did something to my car. I was told that I would have to pay for more diagnostics which i felt was a way to milk me. Their reputation manager called me and had the issue resolved but I felt like i settled for less than what i should have due to the reputation managers tactics. Received a Christmas Tree that was nothing like the photo and did not measure out to the 7.5 height Full 60" width 1, 000 lights that it said I would be getting. When I pulled out branches as far out as I could one branch and only one branch reached to 55 1/2" width advertised. Only one branch which was at least 1 inch long reached the 7.5 height and only a few more branches reached almost the 6.5" height. I have been billed $9.99 for a service called "Ring-N-Rock." I have never heard of this service nor have I ever used it. The charge appeared on my T-Mobile bill. T-Mobile gave me contact information that never leads to a live person. Instead it directs you to an e-mail address for complaints. I have sent three and received not response. I have attemted to text STOP to the number provider by T-Mobile, but it responds that I do not have an account. I have even entered my cellular number into their interactive response number. Today I received a statement indicating my account was past due for $119 (which I electronically paid last week) and the statement came to a total of $206 due on February 23, 2010. Ironically, I received a communication stating that my account was delinquent in the amount of $206 and it was to be paid immediately! This company is a scam!!! I payed this company to convert my file to html in December 2009 and was due to be completed in a few days with 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Matthew Geersen is the person who responds to emails and thats if he does after receiving your money. I made the mistake of paying even more just to speed up things and was fooled again! This company has been "slamming" me for the last 4 months with a 15.69 charge on my home phone! I have been calling for the last 6 hours and no one will answer the phone. I keep getting a recording saying the office is closed and will reopen during business hours. I am outraged that such FCC rules would allow this type of stealing to occur. The only progress I have made is submitting an online complaint to USBI. The reply email stated it would take up to 5 days to respond. AT&T told me not to pay the charges, but I need a refund of the money I already paid. I will continue to investigate this "thief" until I am refunded my money! read full review »

Upon agreeing to a public service ad on local radio we received a copy of the intended script for the ad. It was wrong and we called to make the changes. A few weeks later, the ad aired without the changes. All of our company information was aired incorrectly. We received numerous calls from friends and business associates regarding our ad and were confused about the information on the radio. This company insisted on billing us for the full amount and denied any changes were requested. We challenged their bill. After numerous calls and discussions, they admitted their error. Very sarcastic on the phone and not willing to help whatsoever. I asked if I could pay to have someone come out and check the problem. I have received two huge Vodacom bills for October and November 2009 amounting to R8500 for the two months. Since 2007 I have the 500 meg contract of R249 per month and ONLY paid that amount untill receiving this HUGE amounts. I have not increased my internet activity at all and did not download the amount Vodacom keeps me liable for. After 3 weeks Price USA contacted me and told me that the item was out of stock, even though the store told me otherwise. I bought a Sears Craftsman 26 inch electric snow blower on 21 December 2008. Itr was used twice last winter, then stored in garage until this January. The snow blower will not start, and the starter appears faulty. Sears considers this a "carry-in" item and if they have to come to our house to repair it, I will be charged $100.00 call out fee plus parts, etc. The snow blower is 56 inches long, 45 inches tall and 25 inches wide.
