I just returned 3 items to Kohl's for either an even exchange or if not available, a different item. I was told to take my items to the customer service desk and I would be either given store credit or credit on my charge card. I only wanted to exchange the items as they were the wrong size. I was told that I would be given a store credit and then could purchase the items I needed. SCAM - I bought a Sealy "cadillac" of pillow top mattress set for $1400 with a 10 year warranty. After 1 year top mattress starting breaking down. Mattress Discounters sent out man to measure and I was told the swag in the bed had to be more than 1 & 1/2 inches. Do not waste your money on this product! It does not clean your floors and leave them sparkling clean as the package says. It does not wring all the water out of the sponge head, thus leaving excessive amounts of water standing on your floor, and dirt streaks everywhere. Their website, on checkout, specifically says that orders shipped to a commercial address would be shipped Fedex Commercial Ground, as part of the basic Ground shipping option. We used Crowe Custom Countertops for the installation of new Corian countertops. They subcontracted the job to a company called Counter Fitters. The tops are unlevel, not attached in places and can be lifted off the cabinets, and were not finished properly so they feel like they have sand on them. Neither Crowe, nor their subcontractor, will repair the tops. I was trying to refi one of my houses with Wells Fargo, whom I've done business with for many years. Wells Fargo ordered an appraisal from Rels Valuation. Rels De-Valuation appraised my rental house at $60, 000 below the average market value ($350, 000) for my community when in fact it should have appraised at or only slightly below average value for the community.
