I bought a bus ticket for my son to travel from Penang to KL on 10/12/2009 at 4.30 pm. Three days before the travel date I went to the counter to change the ticket to 11/12/2009. My request was turned down and I had to buy a new ticket for him. The staff said he will try to sell the ticket for me. On 10/12/2009 my son went to the station to send his friends off at 4.30 pm and he saw the bus was full. Someone has bought the ticket and sat at his seat. The project was completed on August 22 2009. At that time Heath M. Slavin refused the bill and started to re-negotiate the original agreement between he and I. I booked a rental car for one week in Italy at the end of September with a guaranteed rate. I picked up the car at the Rome airport and intended to return it there. However, the traffic was so bad I inquired in Chiusi if I could drop the car off there and take the train in to Rome.
