My boyfriend and I share a cellphone "family" plan, and when I was checking the bill this month, I was quite surprised to see $18 dollars in charges from a cellfish cellflirt application/pay text message program. CTM Tiles at Cannon Hill sold me 90 square metres of "porcelain" tiles that have been drawn on with permanent marker on the sides. I paid for 1st quality tiles and was sold 2nd quality - apart from the pen there are visible bubbles, marks and defects on most tiles. Our tilers laid most of the tiles thinking that I had bought 2nds. I came home to see visible permanent marker even above the grout and on the tops of tiles. I contracted with this flower shop in the Bay Street mall in Emeryville to do my wedding and the guy, David Guevara, was a total flake. He lied about having a degree in horticulture, I checked the college he claimed to have attended. And he makes up these stories about he was this ballet dancer with the SF BAllet, but they never heard of him. Later, I also heard he never even graduated from high school because he was in jail for car theft. He never came through on my wedding and put me in a total bind. We recently completed a move with Taylor International. The packers were rude and, instead of packing, dumped drawers into boxes. Glass lamps were packed in boxes of clothes, and when they ran out of boxes, used old broken down boxes from other moves. The packers even failed to pack two areas of the house and we had to have the new owners gather our belongings. The damage was severe and seemed intentional. I was shopping on the 5th floor and made the grave mistake of paying for my shoes and clothes at one cash register. Customer service at its poorest, paid for a phone line for 6 months that had no dial tone. Called them to say that we had no dial tone for them to come out and fix it. When they showed up they dialed the phone number they were coming to fix and, obviously, got no answer so they LEFT! the records showed that we were not home, after i had taken the day off from work to sit at home and wait for them! I ordered products on 10-21-09 for a friends birthday to be shipped directly to her. As of 11-29-09 the products have never arrived. I have emails confirming my order, confirming the shipment was mailed, and the last email confirming the shipment was cancelled yet I have received no refund or been contacted by the company.
