I purchased on October 5, 2009, an NB Online Marketing program as suggested by the training program for $97.95, Instant Customers for $49.95 and PayPal Account for $14.95. They over charged me for the call. I made a call for only ~25 minutes and they billed me for 100 minutes. when I called them, got a very rude answer that I must have made that call. When we opened the sealed plastic cover we find that quality is substandard and unfit for shower curtain. The store is not ready to even listen.

We are a retired couple living on a small pension and Social Security. We received a phone call from Energetix last year stating that we were $1000.00 behind on our budget plan. We, seniors all, live in a low income HUD senior apts in Peoria, AZ. The weather is producing very high summer temperatures and we have asked management to turn on our chillers. There are tenants who are vomitting and getting sick because of the heat.
Many of us, tenants, have asked the property managers over and over again to please turn on the chiller.

I decided to cancel home service but keep internet service.I called on Sept 28 2009 and was told 48 hours and new account would be active. 48 hours later home and internet was shut off and 300 minutes of calls and total stress the problem was resolved on Oct 9th. On August 4, 2007 my purse was stolen from my vehicle along with all person effects plus all photo identification, etc. On this day the individual who stole my person went into this business with my driver's license and check to purchase two pairs of sneakers which the store manager/owner rung up the order allowing the person to use my driver's license as ID.

This removal company is run by ANDREW TURPENNING and his girlfriend CHRISSIE. They gave me an estimate for my goods, then upped it for insurance purposes. They sent my goods and they have been held in storage in England because they did not pay International Movers the $7, 100.00 they owed so now on top of my $15k, I have to pay the extra $7, 100.00 so my initial estimate of $14k has turned into $22, 000.00. The customer care and billing department are just annoying when contacted to correct the bill. Un-fair business practices include:
1. Activating wrong data-plan instead of the one requested at the time of purchase.

I purchased 3 laser toner refills for my Hp Laser printer. My printer takes an HP Q2612a. Two of them didnt work at all and the one that did finally work leaked into the printer. I had to use a shop vac to clean it and there was toner dust everywhere. I have heard that Cartridge World products are not very good and that I should have expected that. I received a Free Trial CD mailed to my office to sample eNeighborhoods. This program offers detailed reports on local neighborhoods, maps, plus many other features relating to what home buyers may consider before purchasing a home.
