In my dealings with Beam of Light Technologies, INC. were at first very good. Their product switch faild and they replaced it right away. The second switch on their product failed again. I called them and they said they would replace it again. That was 3 weeks ago. I e-mailed them to let them know I was not happy with their service and thought they sold inferior products and had terrible customer service. Lost $120.00 to Doba after they charged a restocking fee for an engagement ring that they sent out which was the wrong size. First they said there would be no restocking fee in an e-mail. then they refunded only a partial payment and keep the rest as a restocking fee. I feel that Doba has misrepresented it self. I bought a boxed set of Thank You cards, & went back to return them. I knew there were 10 cards and 10 envelopes in the box when I went there. The owner counted the cards, & said there were only 9, & he wouldn't give me a refund unless there were 10. I repeatedly told him I never used a card & didn't know how there were only 9. Some words were exchanged & I left the store. It didn't dawn on me until I got outside, that he must have hidden 1 of the cards when I wasn't looking. Ive been trying to track my package for a week now and the postal company only knows that its in Vermont. I knew the company was in Utah and I am in NY so it made no sense to me that my package would go past the state I am in. Ive tried several times to get ahold of customer service via email but I have not had any reponses. I cannot find a number to call but from what I read of the other review, it would do me no good. We have a tack and feed store and got a sales call one day. The gentleman was selling vaccines for dogs & cats. I was promised if I did not sale the product than I would get a full refund on all products. As time went by they were not selling due to Florida laws and the local Vet policies. Be prepared to be on hold for at least an hour. I've spent over 4 hours making calls to them to resolve and issue. Repeated e-mails have gone unanswered. I ordered a gift from this company, it NEVER arrived. They allowed me to enter a ship to address that differed from the billing. Their first error was that they sent it to the billing address. Due to inclement weather in southeast Missouri, the delivery had to be rescheduled for 2/09/09 which was over two weeks after the purchase date. If you need CD or DVD duplication, do yourself a favor and avoid Action Duplication in Conshohocken, PA. They totally ruined my CD project. Not only were they very expensive (I found out I could have had my job done for less than half the price at a different CD company) but they also nickel and dimed me for every little thing. In addition the printing on my CDs was terrible and the company refused to make it right. And then they somehow managed to ship my CDs to the wrong location. Never buy a 3rd party auto warranty for your used car. The big 3 offer aftermarket warranties for their cars and they cost more, but there is a reason. I just had my Ford transmission go at only 10K into the warranty with Amerigard and while they aggreed that the tranmission had to be replaced, they have a cap (in section IV on the warranty) of $2000 no matter what it costs. I received some cream from Bio Lab and was charged $49.95 and I did not order it and sent it back unopened. Now I have been charged $79.90 for Nutralane*Re that I did not order. I ordered shoes from Finish Line and the clerk at the store entered the incorrect shipping zip code. While tracking my package I discovered the error. I contacted their customer service and was basically told I was out of luck. That they could do nothing for me since in was already in transit. She said that she could not contact UPS and that I could not speak to a supervisor. UPS told me that Finish Line would need to call with a intercept order but Finish Line already told me that they would not contact UPS and that they would not forward my complaint, problem, or issue to a supervisor. Ordered a replacement power cord assembly for a Makita belt sander. I took the part # from the manual which read #30 cord assembly (assembled cord, plug and cord guard). I received the cord only. Based on a AARP promotional offer in Jan, 2008, I extended my AARP membership for 4 years through Dec, 2011. I paid $29.50 using a credit card. Yesterday while I was driving to PJ via the Federal Highway, there was a slight slowing down in traffic near the Kota Darul Ehsan (EPF). Suddenly when I looked in the rear view mirror, I saw this Cityliner bus heading towards my car at a very fast speed, and overtook my car narrowly avoiding an accident. I was driving on the slow lane, and there are no reason whatsoever for the bus driver to be driving that fast in such traffic condition.
