Firestone at Hanover Park, IL locations rips people off. They are the worst at customer service. All I went is for an Oil Change and they brought check engine light in my car. I asked and they said they have to charge $100 for diagnostic. How ridiculous is this... They caused the light to come on and they want to charge people for troubleshooting... This is the worst cable tv company. I called the customer service agents because my cable is not working and they said they would send someone the next day in a 5 hours window. Next day the 5 hours are over and no one has come yet. I call customer service again and they inform me that the appointment was not booked... and I waited for 5 hours for nothing!!! Installed custom made gutters. All seams leaked. Used 1/4 inch screws to hold gutter to house. Down spouts came off in first wind. Gutters did not drain. Would not come back and fix, even thou he promised to come out every time I called. Had to have another company come and take all gutters down and install new ones as the gutters were not installed correctly and the water ran back into the house, under the shingle edge. I requested on several occasions to speak with management other than the people in the office. Their reply is "management will not talk to tenants"!
