Nuera Telecom is a complete ripoff. I was totally lied into the service. At first i was told no monthly fee and $0.05 calling per minute to Pakistan and India. Guess what? I tried calling Pakistan and India for 4 days and never got thru. And i found out i was charged $34.95 on a monthly basis. Then i called Nuera Telecom customer service line and all of the sudden THEY DONT SPEAK ENGLISH! So i tried to call the sales rep that i bought the item for and all of the sudden NO ONE HAS HEARD OF HIM! Thankfully i was able to call my credit card company and i told them about the fraud and they took care of it. Complete ripoff artists. read full review »

This organization preys upon the elderly. They accessed a personal checking account for new shipment of products likes ones ordered a year ago, without current authorization. As a longtime acquaintance of the owners of Pacific Corporate and Title Service, I did them a favor and acquired copies of Official Records from the Recorders Office in San Mateo County, California. I sent them these documents and outlaid the cost for the photocopies and delivery out of my own pocket. I billed them for reimbursement at-cost (no mark-up or profit ot me) in November 2008. They refused to reimburse until I sent a late notice in February and never paid a reasonable 10% that I added to the late bill for my hassle and lost interest on 4 months of nonpayment. Service was extremely rude even though our car was mistakenly reported late by bank and we had money and papers completed within a couple hours of car being towed. We called right after confirmation from bank and they automatically assume that we are lying because they did not see a fax yet. We call back a few minutes later and they are still pissy because they just received our paperwork and they only kept car for a couple hours. So sad for them that they couldn't make money off us. Ordered flowers for a wedding (Dec. 2008). After charging my card, I only heard from them 1 time. They said "On vacation till monday, will caontact you then". Nothing since. No flowers, no response to phone messages (you have to leave messages, never a real person), e-mails, nothing. When I desputed the charge, they had the nerve to tell my bank that I did not return items in a timely manner. WHAT ITEMS? So, I have to dispute again. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!! I had to buy a big bag of kitty litter and requested help because I was holding my infant daughter. I didn't feel comfortable laying her down on the conveuor belt because she was sleeping. All I wanted was help with putting the kitty litter into the bag. The cashier just threw me a bag rudely at me and demanded that I pay for the plastic bag and went on with next customer. Until a few weeks ago, I would buy a case of the Lipton Southern Style tea a week. It is the only one I like. They carried it at three different stores in my area, and even then all three would sell out. Now all of a sudden they all quit carrying it. The bottling company won't sell it to the public and I can't buy my tea anywhere. I installed two Decora Anywhere Switches on different circuits at opposite ends of the house. They are set to use different channels, and they don't interfere with each other at all. However, they both are apparently sometimes triggered by other RF sources. I live in a rural area, so there are not many homes and no industry or highways nearby. It seems as though signals from garage door openers, or other RF sources are causing the Anywhere Switches to turn on or off. I was on a payment arrangement because i got behind on my bill. Don't get me wrong I never pay my nyseg bill ontime. So when I got ahe4ad on money I paid my bill off in full. Even asked them is this all I owe now and they said yes. I was no longer behind. What they failed to tell me though is I had only paid the late bill. So now I, ve found out that this payment arrangement is never closed and I can, t cet a new one. They do this so they can shut you off and charge you not only a reconnect fee but up to 10% of a yearly bill $550.00 + 75 reconnect fee. They are big scammers. read full review »

I have been a customer of Alltel Wireless beginning in late 2000 under the Cellular One Co, which was taken over by Alltel. They have now been taken over by Verizon. Through my entire history with the company, I have never been late with a payment as it was set up from the beginning as an auto pay account. The company advertised hosting service with email addresses. The email addresses hosted with them get constantly blacklisted, obviously because a lot of spamming businesses use their services. None of my email addresses with them are usable for sending mail. Totally unsuitable for business or if you expect to use email addresses for sending out email. I rarely use my Compass Bank VISA. In a pinch, I used it for a $13.53 charge. The bill arrived, and I paid it slightly past the 30 days due. They hit me with a $19 late fee. I called to ask that the late fee -- which is more than the charge -- be waived. They said I had to fax the request. I faxed the request, and said I would pay the current bill as soon as I was apprised of the dispute outcome. My friend had sent me a parcel containing items worth 500 USD via USPS from Austin, Texas on June 18th and I kept following up with singpost so as when the parcel will arrive. I was caught by surprise when they told me on 1st of july that the parcel has been delivered on 26th of June. But I never recieved the parcel. I have tried contacting customer service and I actually spoke to some of the employees there but nobody has been able to process a refund for the extra charge. I believe this is a scam since I've tried several times to get to the bottom of the situation and all I get is somebody asking me to leave my name and phone number for management to contact me and nobody has contact me yet. The whole building was dirty and dengie. The service was unprofessional and rude. The bathrooms where dirty and out dated carpets where a disgrace. I bought a screened gazebo for $325 which collapsed from rain the day after I put it up. Harrows refused to return, refund or store credit me for this. They said I should have known that it isn't supposed to be out in the rain. After 1.5 hrs assembling it I wouldn't expect to have to take it down for rain. Exoto 1/18 scale automobile models rip-off Canadian consumers. I have been writing and phoning them to get a refund for a defective model for over a year. I purchased fenders from them. Since he is in college he was unable to schedule installation of the fenders until later in the year at Christmas break. However when we arranged to have an installer handle the work this person said that the fenders were so shoddily constructed that he would not install them because they could come apart causing damage or worse. Unbelieveable -- the UPS tracking website showed my package out for delivery at 8:00 am 7/10/09. The delivery showed on time unti 1:19 pm when it showed an exception and that "recipient rescheduled delivery for 7/13/09". I took an entire day off work so that I could receive the package and the UPS person said "that's just how it is where you live and you aren't getting your package today." One of my greatest mistakes was having decided to purchase one of their properties not having had the opportunity to have take away and read the small print. I knew about the charge about the £200 annual ground rent they charge which I reluctantly accepted. Steve, the customer service representative, was rude and did not seem to even want to listen to what I had to say. After somewhat trying to help, they only offered me 10% off my next print. This Marina is located below the Southern side of the Tappan Zee bridge I only have a 6.5 gal tank. I pulled up to their pumps to top off before heading towards Manhattan. They said they first need my credit card before I can pump gas. I can under stand that cause a big boat can just leave without paying.
