I recently made bought 2 WD500GB SATA hard drives from NCIX.COM online store through its St. Patricks Day sale @ $89.99 plus the extra shipping cost ($15). Qwest does not honor their services and disconnected my services after speaking with several reps over the phone and paying my bill. My service were interrupted and they never credited my account for that and now they are charging me for them terminating their services. I was only with me for 1 1/2 months. I picked up my items from this cleaner. There were only six items, I gave them eight. I was missing my favorite shirt and a pair of black pants. Called the cleaners to let them know I didn't receive all the items. They would not even listen to me or even try to find the items. They told me to look in my closet, that they are never wrong. The Westside Pavillion in Los Angeles has the worst parking situation of any shopping mall I have ever been to. There used to be an option to pay for valet parking for a flat rate of $3.00 under Nordstroms, but a new valet service has been hired which charges up to $15.50 for the pleasure of shopping there. I placed an order on 22 Jun, 11:03 PST, I paid for 3 day delivery. The item sat in the wearhouse for 35 hours before being shipped, it is scheduled to be deliverd on Friday, the 4th day. I contacted Costumes for less and they responded with an e-mail that they were within their shipping policy. I read their policy, id does not state that they have 24 hours to ship. Per their web site "The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it..." Yodle harassed me day after day by cold calling my small business telling me they were affiliated with Google and my business couldnt afford not to have an internet campaign that would bring me so much new business. I signed up with Sprint when I moved to a new residence about five years ago, was told I could also have a cell phone at no upfront cost and would receive only regular monthly bills starting on a certain (reasonable) date. I keep detailed notes on everything, date, time, who I spoke to, what was said, etc. I learned to do that when I was in law enforcement. My mother is 87 years old and disabled. A sales person knocked on her door and talked her into getting bundled with AT&T Uverse saying it would save money. Well, I thought I was a little smarter than this but guess what, I got sucked in too. I called my credit card company and found out that there was two charges applied to the account within 20 minutes of each other. First the $1.95 plus tax and then another for67.62. The terms of the agreement allow you one day to change your mind and in B.C. you have 10 days to change your mind on any contract. I have been doing business with this company for years.. they started paying slow and had some trouble like many businesses did last year. Hi, just want to warn people about Hotel Collect. I also tried to book with them and had my credit card charged, but no voucher arrived. I am unable to contact them as their phone numbers don't exist, and they have not replied to any e-mails. A verbal confirmation is wothless, as you need a written voucher to present to the hotel that you booked. With numerous complaints about this site, people should avoid it.
