I purchased tickets online to a concert in California. When I received my ticket confirmation, the tickets were for the same concert in Arizona. The website had the dates switched for the concert. The tickets were purchased 5 months in advance. I filed a dispute with American Express who did nothing to support me. The tickets were delivered to a neighbors address by FedEx and I shipped back to the merchant immediately. I had an atrium installed several years ago and from day 1 it has given me nothing but trouble. It has leaked for the last several years and they have never been able to fix it. During the last several months they have stopped answering phone calls and returned letters. Contractor did sloppy work on a colored stamped concrete patio. Several areas of patio were not stamped, but hand-drawn without a straight edge. Color faded within 2 weeks. Cracks appeared within 3 weeks. Concrete was splattered onto house walls. Contractor showed up on the wrong day. I would NOT recommend this contractor. read full review »

Where to begin?...I first met the Metro VW people several months after buying my 2002 Passat from another VW dealership in November 2004. We purchased a maghogony door two years ago from AAW Inc.through Capistrano Hardwoods. The doors are on the north side of the house (sheltered) and have faded from red maghogony to a golden pecan color. The company refuses to stand by their product and the dealer, Capistrano Hardwoods in San Juan Capistrano will not help us in any way. I called the 800 number to order a tonneau cover for my truck. I sat on hold for 5 minutes listening to music only to get an option to leave a message. Thinking this may be just an isolated instance I called again 2 hours later. Same experience. I called the company and it appears that they never answer the phone. Meanwhile you go to their website and they brag about being in business for over 10 years and having an excellent record with the better business bureau. I purchased a pair glasses for my 10 year old son in May 2008. From: Green Brook Vision Center, Green Brook NJ.The frames were from Capri Optics - (Flexure FX23 46-18 color: Ink). In July 2008, the frames and one lens had to be replaced, when the frames broke and the lens fell out. One lens became scratched and therefore needed to be replaced. I recently purchased a pedometer from this company that on top of the initial cost charges $99 per year for dues. They track your steps online and it is a very good product. However, this company does not have a phone number, and therefore no reasonable way to get in touch with a live person. The website claims that my membership has expired, even though I have in my hands a receipt proving that I paid them in full for a full year long membership. 1st Experience: I needed to adjust my org order. I followed up on my revised order numerous times & everytime I called they were reading off of the org order & not the revised one. I have been experiencing poor cutomer service and fraudulent behavior! I had my service for about 3 years and at the time I had purchased their wireless phone the UT1000. The phone started acting up after 6 months i called the company and they told me it was the battery or the charger. Tribute cancelled my card for me being nine days late, which I think is stupid. Considering I had never been late in the past. In fact, I paid early and sometime twice in one month. They even increased my credit limit, just to turn around and cancel my card! I lost my order number and even with all the information I gave them again, they will not allow me to down load my product. Okay, be very careful before you give away your money to this company. They sound really good on the phone, making you believe their a christian based company. I keep getting calls from 800-525-9241. I am on the 'national do not call list' and I made a complaint about this number calling me a couple of weeks ago to the NDNCL. What is especially irritating is that when you answer the phone, there's nothing but silence on the other end - no one is there. I have spent $2 now, on finding out who it is calling (I don't have call display). I don't see the point of them calling if they aren't going even talk to you. I consider it to be harassment. Idearc Media is a rip off. We received a call from one of Idearc Media marketing agents who told us that if we are interested to provide Engineering and Surveying services. She told us that there will be only a referral fee once we got the contract. I used Condor moving systems for my Jan. 6, 2009 move. I will never use this company EVER again. For one, the main person was very rude and unprofessional. Secondly, when my furniture was delivered and set up, it took him 30 minutes-which made me have to pay an additional fee- just to set up my bed. Not a first in the maintenance agreement industry. You get a phone call, you negotiate, (well, Sears TELLS you) how much you are going to pay for a new maintenance agreement. After deciding which appliances you want to keep and which you want to exclude the quote you a final price. Here's the kicker! It doesn't matter what notes you keep! I bought an Airlines tickets from Lowest-Ticket.com. An Agency who claims to sell tickets for various Airlines. I made a reservation through them, but did not pay right away. I called United Airlines to conformed my reservation so that I could not be a victim and the Airlines told me that the reservation was validated. So I went and purchased the tickets.
