I ordered online 5 inkjet cartridges for an Epson Stylus C60. I received an email with my invoice. I also had an email a few days later mentioning that my shipping address had an abbreviation. I had a bad experience with this company. I paid extra for overnight delivery. It arrived a day late. I made peace with that. One of the modules they sent was not what I ordered. Tech Support wrote me back promptly and said that there must have been a mistake in the warehouse and that if I wanted to return it, to contact them and they would commence the return procedure.
